How do returns work?

Pack the product completely and securely. Preferably use the original packaging.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and process the refund according to the terms.

Return conditions

A mobility scooter is a large and valuable product. Therefore, it is important that a return is carefully registered, packed, and returned complete.

Only use the product as necessary to assess whether it suits you. Damage due to further use or careless handling may affect the refund.

The product must be returned complete, including accessories, charger, batteries, manual, and included parts.

The product must be in good condition. Obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damage due to misuse may be deducted.

Register return in advance

Always register your return first via support@meticmove.be. This way, we can provide you with the correct return instructions.

In case of damage, defects, or transport issues, we ask you to send clear photos or videos.

When will you receive your refund?

After your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will check if the product is complete and in good condition. After that, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

Original payment method Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to pay.
Inspection upon receipt We check if the product has been returned complete, carefully packaged, and in good condition.
Processing time The final processing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
In case of damage or missing parts If a product is returned damaged or incomplete, this may affect the amount to be refunded.
